The site is located in the heart of a residential area which lacks mixed communal facilities. We proposed a pedestrianised area comprising landscaped courtyards and covered galleries with shops & restaurants on the ground floor and offices & apartments on the upper floors.

 

 

Ground floor parking for visitors, underground parking for residents, footpath connections with existing streets and a bus route in front of the Forum were incorporated or exist to make this project a success.
