We proposed this Headquarters building on a prominent site facing the main highway and airport in Muscat.

 

A screen of existing trees, together with stepped building setbacks and technical glazing solutions would mitigate the problems of traffic noise & the main north – south elevations provide mountain & sea views and also reduce solar heat gain.
