QURUM POINT RESIDENCE

Qurum Point Residence was inspired by the amazing panoramic sea views. Situated on an elevated site overlooking the Sea of Oman in an exclusive location, the main views face north which allowed us to incorporate large areas of triple glazed sliding windows, opening on to a large shaded pool deck and 9 metre swimming pool.
The pool deck has three distinct seating areas overlooking the sea and tropical gardens, for family, guests and parties. The family area has an outdoor fireplace for cosy outdoor winter evenings.
Internally the principal sitting room is a double height space with first floor gallery, external viewing terrace and four en-suite bedrooms.
Due to its beautiful & sensitive location we made a conscious decision to eliminate all roof top equipment and minimise the parapet height to protect existing sea views for surrounding properties.
